Meet Your Coach

Hi, I'm Tricia Dretzka-Kaye, founder of Mind Does Matter, Registered Nurse (RN), and Mindset & Strategy Coach.

For more than 20 years, I've had the privilege of helping people through some of the most challenging seasons of their lives. As a registered nurse, I've cared for patients and families during moments of uncertainty, stress, and change. Those experiences taught me something that continues to shape my coaching today: lasting transformation begins with understanding the whole person—not just the symptoms they're experiencing.
