Hi, I'm Tricia Dretzka-Kaye, founder of Mind Does Matter, Registered Nurse (RN), and Mindset & Strategy Coach.

For more than 20 years, I've cared for individuals and families as a registered nurse, helping them navigate health challenges with compassion, education, and practical support. Those experiences taught me that understanding your body—and listening to what it's trying to tell you—is one of the most important steps toward improving your overall well-being.
